To forward our mission we provide grants to nonprofits that seek to move us from disparities to equity and provide opportunities for young people to choose their futures.

Below is our approach for 2023

We support the early ages all the way through the later stages of childhood, as they relate to a young person’s pathway towards a fulfilling career and life.

Many of the nonprofits we fund are creating:

  • Educational opportunities with a holistic approach

  • Arts programming that builds students’ confidence and expands young minds

  • Economic Justice opportunities which include early career explorations with students, provide paid internships, work training, entrepreneurship and other youth development and leadership opportunities

  • Accessible programming for young people living with disabilities

Collective Action

We are committed to working with nonprofit leaders and other key players across sectors in their communities to create shared agendas that positively impact children and youth.

In 2023, we are deepening our current relationships and building on the early-stage collective action opportunities in the Massachusetts communities of Boston, Cambridge and Lynn where we are already engaged. We are also interested in learning more about and becoming involved with potential collective action opportunities across the United States and globally.

Where We Work

We support nonprofit leaders and organizations across the U.S. and globally.

In 2023, we are seeking new United States-based partners (outside of Massachusetts) and building additional partnerships in countries where we already have grantee partners: Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Liberia, Ghana, South Africa, Guatemala, and Mexico.
